Wildflower Studios ("we", "us", "our") operates Wordable (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Your Apple ID (anonymized), display name, and avatar emoji you choose during sign-up.
• Game Data: High scores, daily streaks, words played, challenge history, and leaderboard entries.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and timezone (for accurate streak tracking).
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver game notifications like friend requests and challenge updates.
• Analytics: Anonymous usage data and crash reports via Firebase Analytics to help us improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's features (profiles, leaderboards, challenges, friends system).
• To sync your game data across your devices.
• To send you relevant notifications (friend requests, challenge updates).
• To improve the App through anonymous analytics and crash reporting.
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
• We do NOT use your data for advertising or ad targeting.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your profile data is restricted to your authenticated account only.

4. Data Sharing

Your display name, avatar emoji, high score, and top words are visible to your friends and on public leaderboards. We do not share your personal information (Apple ID, email, device info) with other users or third parties.

5. Your Rights

• Access & Export: You can view all your data within the App (Profile tab).
• Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• Corrections: You can update your display name and avatar at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

Wordable is designed to be enjoyed by users of all ages. Children under 13 should use the App with parental or guardian consent and supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications for friend requests, challenge updates, and game events. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings. Your push notification token is stored securely and used solely for delivering these notifications.

8. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as session duration, feature usage, and crash reports. This data helps us improve the App and does not identify you personally. Firebase Analytics does not track you across other apps or websites.
