How do I report a bug?

Email wordablehq@gmail.com with a quick description of what happened, your iOS version, and a screenshot if you have one. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.

How do I delete my account?

Inside the app, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, scores, friends, and all associated data from our servers. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you can't access the app for any reason, email wordablehq@gmail.com from the Apple ID associated with your account and we'll handle it manually.

I forgot my username or lost my data.

Wordable uses Sign in with Apple. As long as you sign in with the same Apple ID on the same or a new device, your profile, scores, and streaks restore automatically.

How do I change my emoji?

Open Profile, tap your avatar emoji at the top, and pick a new one. Changes sync to your friends and leaderboards within a few seconds. Usernames are permanent and can't be changed once set.

I think a real word got rejected.

Open Profile → Word Submissions and tap the + button to submit the word for review. We review submissions weekly and add legitimate words to the dictionary in app updates.

How do I turn off notifications?

iOS Settings → Notifications → Wordable. You can also fine-tune which kinds of notifications you receive (challenges, friend requests, streak reminders) inside the app at Profile → Settings → Notifications.

How fast do you respond to support emails?

Usually within 48 hours, often much faster. Wordable is made by a tiny team, so it's a real human reading your message.
